By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Jersey Music, a ticketing platform operated by Coderra ("we", "us", "our").
By using this website and purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Our Role as Agent (Agency Relationship)
Important Legal Notice
Jersey Music acts as an AGENT on behalf of event organizers.
When you purchase tickets through our platform, the contract for the event is formed
directly between you (the customer) and the event organizer, NOT between
you and Jersey Music/Coderra.
What this means for you:
- The event organizer is responsible for hosting and delivering the event
- The event organizer handles cancellations, refunds, and event changes
- Jersey Music facilitates the transaction and provides the ticketing platform
- We collect payment on behalf of the organizer and transfer funds to them
- Questions about the event content should be directed to the organizer
3. Ticket Purchases
- Pricing: All ticket prices are displayed in GBP (£). The price shown includes the base ticket price and any applicable platform fees. Payment processing fees (1.69%) may be added at checkout depending on the organizer's preference.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our secure payment processor (SumUp).
- Ticket Delivery: E-tickets will be sent to your email address within 10 minutes of payment verification. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive them.
- Ticket Tiers: Different ticket types (VIP, Standard, Child, Concession, etc.) may be available for the same event at different prices.
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Important: As we act as an agent, refund decisions are made by the event organizer, not Jersey Music.
Event Cancellations
- If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund including all fees
- Refunds will be processed by the organizer through our platform within 14 days
- You will be notified by email if an event is cancelled
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Refund eligibility depends on the organizer's refund policy for that event
- To request a refund, use the "Request Refund" option in your order confirmation email
- The organizer will review and respond to your request within 7 days
- We cannot guarantee refunds for customer-initiated cancellations
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Failure to attend the event (no-show)
- Change of mind after the organizer's refund deadline
- Disruption or delay not caused by the organizer
5. Tickets and Entry
- Ticket Validity: Your ticket is valid only for the specific event, date, and time shown
- Entry Requirements: You must present your QR code ticket (digital or printed) for entry
- Age Restrictions: Some events may have age restrictions set by the organizer. ID may be required.
- Ticket Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another person, but the organizer may request ID verification
- Lost Tickets: Contact us at support@coderra.je if you lose your ticket
6. Platform Fees
Jersey Music charges event organizers a per-ticket platform fee based on event capacity.
These fees are built into the ticket price. Additionally, a payment processing fee (1.69%)
may be added at checkout, depending on whether the organizer has chosen to pass this fee to customers.
7. Use of Website
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its functionality
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted
- You must provide accurate contact information for ticket delivery
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, code, logos) is owned by Coderra or licensed from event organizers.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Important Liability Notice
As an agent, Jersey Music/Coderra is NOT liable for:
- The quality, safety, or content of events hosted by organizers
- Event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by organizers
- Injuries, losses, or damages occurring at events
- Disputes between customers and event organizers
- The accuracy of event information provided by organizers
Our liability is limited to:
- Providing a functional ticketing platform
- Processing payments securely and transferring funds to organizers
- Facilitating communication between customers and organizers
- The amount you paid for tickets (not exceeding ticket price + fees)
10. Data Protection & Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and Jersey data protection laws.
Your information is shared with event organizers to fulfill ticket orders. For full details,

11. Dispute Resolution
For disputes about events, refunds, or event content, contact the event organizer first.
For disputes about platform functionality or payment processing, contact us at
support@coderra.je.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
The version and last updated date are shown at the top of this page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts.
